Michael David “Mike” Bratton Sheffield, Alabama Michael David “Mike” Bratton, age 66, of Sheffield, died Thursday, February 3, 2022. The graveside funeral service will be held Monday, February 7, 2022, at 2:00 p.m., at Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield. Daniel Dulaney will officiate. Mike was born on December 4, 1955, in Port Huron, Michigan, to the late James Robert and Myrtie Elizabeth Emmons Bratton. He was a pipefitter by trade working out of local #760. Survivors include his brothers, Jimmy Bratton (Brenda), Ronnie Bratton, and Ricky Bratton (Dianne); sister, Gloria J. Bratton Holden; and a host of nieces and nephews. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (www.stjude.org).
